Shipping + Returns

Shipping

Most orders will ship the same day or one business day after the order is placed. We ship via USPS or UPS. The price is based on the weight of your order. Orders are not shipped on Sunday or major US Holidays. We are not held responsible for items lost during shipping and/or delivery. Please contact USPS or UPS for lost or misplaced items. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving the item, with the following exceptions:

Items that have been used, worn, washed, dried or damaged in any way are NOT eligible for a store credit or an exchange. We are not responsible for shrinkage or damage that occurs during the washing, drying or wearing of the item. All items must be retuned with the original tags attached. Items with tags removed will be refused and returned to the sender. Embroidery items, pacifiers and hair bows are not eligible for a return. All sale items are FINAL - No exceptions. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

TO RETURN AN ITEM: Please email us at hello@shopatcarolines.com to receive a shipping label and further return instructions. You have 10 days, from the time the item is delivered, to mail the returned item back to us for a full refund. Enclose a copy of the original sales receipt, order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email, and mark the items being returned. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM: Please email us at hello@shopatcarolines.com to receive a shipping label and further exchange instructions. Please indicate the item and size desired and we will ship that item/size, if available, once your return has been received and processed. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

All sale items are FINAL SALE - no exceptions!
