What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items the next business day! We are a small business so things do happen, but we ship as fast as we can. 
Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 4 business days, please email us.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We want you to be happy so please email us so we can make it right! We give you 10 days to send your items back to us for a full refund. 
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
If the item has not been shipped, you may cancel your order. If the item has been shipped then you will need to follow the return process. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply email us to get it corrected immediately. If the item has shipped to the incorrect address, you will not receive a refund. Please ensure you have entered in the correct shipping address before placing an order.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on the USPS and UPS services. Please refer to these websites for exact shipping times. Holiday shipping times may take longer.

I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?
Absolutely! Please send us an email and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. We do receive a large number of emails so please attach your order number so we can address the problem in a timely manner.
